I’m at the folks place, most everything slipped past us a mile or so to the north. I sat on the porch for a couple hours waiting for the storm to reach us, but we only got 3/4” of rain and a little wind.

Stop flipping the desk and it won't get as dirty

We were supposed to get rain, but it's been clear, 72° with a slight breeze.

If you ha a instant pot that Mac and cheese is some good eating. I’ll snap a pic of it for you. BB2412E8-3491-4CDD-81A0-209B29848497.jpg
And keep the hot sauce it’s not enough to make it spicy but you catch a hint of flavor from it and it complements the cheese better than it sounds. And also don’t use pre grated cheese.

Here's my recipe for a small pot of chili:

    1 pound of ground beef
1 packet of McCormick chili seasoning or about 2 tablesoons of chili powder
1/2 teaspoon of salt & black pepper
    1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1/2 a green bell pepper, chopped
1 or 2 Jalapeño peppers, chopped
    1 small yellow onion, chopped
    1 can crushed tomatoes
1 can dark red kidney beans, undrained
    1 or 2 bay leaves
1 small can of sliced mushrooms

Brown the gound beef, drain & add all the other ingredients. Then bring to a boil, then let simmer on low for 45 minutes to an hour.

Try it, you might like it, 10 out of 10 of my neighbors can't be wrong, lol :)
