You can pick your nose but not your family.

I guess actually in this case you could. But you cant let unhappy people take away from the good thing you've got going. My dad always called his inlaws- the outlaws and now being married, at times, I see why.

Im battling what I think is food poisoning, been going about 24 hours, hopefully on the tail end of it. Hope its not appendicitis. I'm layin out of work tomorrow and putting a flat spot on em.

Sounds like a win situation for you really.
Sad but true, some folks are actually doing you a favor by maintaining their distance.

Sounds awful! Don't forget to rehydrate after if it is food poisoning. Appendicitis will get progressively worse the longer it goes if it's that. Hopefully not. :fingerscrossed:

Sounds like me last weekend. Sunday I got sick every 90 minutes from just after midnight to 6am then slept all day Sunday and most of Monday.

Hope you're on the mend soon!

@koditten (and anyone else who wants to chime in)

Let's say on a trailer that's stationary and adding say a 9000 pound winch.. can that be ran off some deep cycle batteries and can that be solar power recharged?

I'm just trying to work out something in my head and I appreciate all the good feedback.

On my drive on I used a single group 27 deep cycle battery for the winch although it is just a loading winch not a 9000 pound job. It was always plenty to load any car or truck. I charged to when I got back to the garage.

It is all in the math: how much load, how often, how big is the battery and how big is the solar bank. I'm sure some of the campers and overlanders (can I use that word?) here have access to all the formulas, I don't know the best place in the forum to post the questions.

100% i have some vagrant relatives, only reason they wanted to come visit me was they need a place to stay. I said i was busy with work and wasnt going to be around so no reason for them to come "visit". They never tried to associated with me prior to this so i badically put an end to their bs.

Sometimes its better to not have conract with them

Nosing around LinkedIn for the fist time in forever, I came across a skills assessment section and figured I'd try some. I think the results might be a bit... overinflated.

Rusty Tacoma work today. Had to cut out a sway bar link and a lower control arm. That's like a Tuesday for you rust belt guys, here in CA not too common.
