    That's a horrible idea. What time?
    I wasn't a huge fan until we added garlic, onion, a little butter (pan roast) or olive oil (oven or pellet grill) and what ever else I feel like adding. A little Old Bay and smoked bacon bits tonight. 35 minutes on the pellet grill while the pork and taters cooked.

    (Pic because my brothers and I share / compare our grill / smoker meals for ideas. And for attention!)

    It's called an Ooni, the one we have fires off wood pellets. It was Jenn's Christmas present that we're all benefiting from now. :D

    Edit: and of course it gave me a good excuse to buy a temperature gun!

    Yeah, we're right on the Potomac, a couple miles upstream of Harpers Ferry. Originally bought it to airbnb but got tired of that after a couple years and decided it was too good to share anymore haha.

    I have a fishing pole and I know how to cast it, otherwise I have no idea what I'm doing. My oldest son is into it though. We've caught a small mouth bass and a couple catfish so far. I mainly just like to drink beer on the boat, any fish that are caught by me is purely accidental. :drunk:
