Fair enough. I wasn't trying to be an ass. I was saying +1 I didn't quote and forgot to hit.

But. Hey. Inadvertent insults are my speciality.

Oh, no offense was taken. I'll light-heartedly toss around 'insults' like that with all my friends.

If we've known one another for a bit and I'm picking on you, it's because I like you, we're friends. It's when I ignore you that I don't.

Oh...throw some anti-seize on every bolt that holds the rack together. If you ever decide to reposition the bars you'll thank me for that tip.

I'd strip it apart (carefully), and apply some, just to be safe. I had to move a couple of my bars to mount my Maxtrax and the bolt heads popped right off. I was able to get the bars off and remove the broken bolts with some heat, but putting anti-seize on them from the beginning would've prevented that.

Neighbor helped for a quick diagnosis. Looks like my SAI is pulling vacuum eventhough it's off. Guessing a valve or both is stuck open. Time to pull the system off and get block off plates. :) save weight and gain some room. Maybe for mounting my PA speaker or an eventual air compressor

:sawzall:sounds like fun. Happy to give it hell with you. Maybe we can set up something with a few people one weekend soon or worst case I can always come over after work one day.
I know a few of us have some truck shit that would at least be less shitty with friends

I like where this is going,,, i still have a bumper to put on and have to cut the bedsides but that can wait. Have to see how many are interested. Find a location that works for everybody and plan this! Might have a location in Lawrence and I'm sure the taco garage ( @crashngiggles ) will be back in action soon.

Took some swearing but it's up. Hopefully no leaks. I'm like 97% confident with how I did it.
