Had a nice enjoyable 1hour nap in the MRI tube today was very relaxing . The tech gave me a panic button to stop the MRI if needed . I told him it won't be necessary !!!

Reason for my weight loss and loss of my muscle mass is a malfunctioning Thyroid and cystinosis disease , thats what my Neurologist explained to me this morning

good evening all...so, my step son comes home for spring break on Friday with a cold....now we all have it. Bruh...kids

you wiin no matter what with the Black Sabbath answer....nothing like some "dad metal" to clear off all fo the TikTok rats....

72 and sunny here...windows open in the house as I enjoy the breeze in my Nyquill induced haze. I don't have the time to be sick this week, so doses of that and hard sleep are in the future

also, congrats to The Ohio State Womens Hockey Team winning the women Frozen Four!!! I have many friends who were on the first incarnations of that team mall the way back in the 80's as a club team. My first long term girlfriend was on those original teams - we met at the rink. Been cool to see that program build up
