    I've been lucky enough to work all over this rocket the last 3 years, from stacking the booster segments, to fueling the capsule for reentry. Being that the capsule is locked and loaded with hydrazine, I wont be able to get within 200 yards of it with a phone. But today will be the first time I've seen it fully stacked at the pad. They are going to do what they call wet dress coming up, where they load propellants(Liquid ox and liquid hydrogen) and do everything except fire the engines.

    Reminds me of long ago when Ingersol Rand was making small turbine Impellers a local company did precision grinding their driver would pick them up and return.

    Till the owner found out the value of the pieces his careless driver was hauling was worth many times what any insurance would come close to covering.

    At that point the money they made was not worth the risk.

    Worked my way into the machine shop this morning and it's pitch black in here. Call my supervisor and ask for some night vision goggles so I can finish machining these weld preps. I better check if the mill will even run first.
