Anything Pizza

Here’s a low carb gourmet thin crust pizza on a fathead almond flour crust. White garlic Alfredo sauce, minced garlic, marinara, 5 different cheeses and toppings of choice. This one is double pepperoni. 6 grams of carbs per slice…Life Saver.

 

Thin crust cooked directly on the oven rack for a super crispy crust.

 

Some cheese only for the kids. Vegan for the mistake. Salami, onion, and jalapeños for me.

 

Detroit style is non existent up here in the north east. I just cannot bring myself to spend $35 on a pan to make it. Made my own steel pan and seasoned it in the pellet smoker. Should work well.

18. It was a little hard to weld up with .035 wire but I didn’t feel like swapping to .22. Otherwise very easy and quick.

 

Best pizza on the planet is Pequod's in Chicago... if you have heard of Lou Malnati's, this puts that to shame.....

It's a bold statement but it holds up!

 

I’ve gotten to where I crave the cast iron ones.
Rao’s marinara sauce, caraway seeds, onions and fresh parm on the bottom. Mozz, Canadian bacon, green peppers and artichoke hearts on top.
