Check the heater hose connections coming up to the firewall. When I replaced my head and rebuilt the engine I reused those hoses and they wouldn't seal correctly.. I was losing coolant and couldn't figure out where it was going till the punk stuff that leaked started to get crusty on the one flow valve back there

Really clever! All I need is a Gamiviti rack. It's like having an RTT without the "overhead" of having an RTT?

I did spot some pink crusty i think, let me take a peak this week and ill get back to ya. Figured it was either due to me driving it in az the way i do, or sum of this sorts lol. The hoses are new tho bc i replaced my radiator prior to the hg work

I do and I don't; it'll be a very basic style of a close-to-body, high-clearance rectangular bumper, with a nice flat surface to buy and weld on a DIY swingout kit.

The only DIY part I'll be buying is what @xtremewlr bought...think it was from 4XInnovations. I remember it looking beefy as hell.

Yeah, that's the hinge I used on both the 99 Taco and the 4Runner.

Nice to see the holes drilled for a "stay-open" option.

I kind of want to implement a fold-down tray like the 4R had.
