They have a nice rubber feel and are more pliable than original WT. very pleased and this was at 0 degrees or so today when they were delivered and fit great.

FYI, my WT in my Lexus never fit tight or even close. Sent them back at WT’s request and the replacement was no better. Must be 1/2” spacing all around. Front, rear, and cargo mats. The Husky’s in my Tacoma fit amazing tight. Much better material than the WTs. I would never buy WT again.

i currently own both, husky weather beater in my tundra and weather tech hp in my Tacoma. The HP line is more of a rubber material and fit perfect, as my pictures show. The weather tech covers a lot better by the gas pedal and up the sides of the transmission tunnel

Anyone ever put a carpet mat over WT or husky? Seems like you would have nice feel for your feet and of snow slush or grime got below it the carpet would be protected

not recommended, at least on the drivers side with the gas pedal. Newer mats come with a warning paper specifically advising against that very thing

I have both, Huskys in my '93 4Runner, WT in the Taco. One drawback to Husky's is that because they are softer they are prone to abrasions over a long lifetime. You end up with a "white" area of abrasion where your heels scuff the liner. Maybe the WT will too. I know this, I am so fucking tired of seeing that WT commercial with their overpriced cup phone holder. Enough already.

Just to confirm-Husky Weatherbeater is the harder more plasticky one like the 'old' weathertech digi fit, Xact contour is more rubbery, and the new weathertech HP is a new compound of some sort, I am guessing somewhere in between?

Different note, anyone remember the nifty catch all mats? Those were my favorites. I don't think they are made any more. Plastic bottom to keep stuff from soaking through, great coverage, and a thin nap carpet on the top to make them comfortable. Easy enough to take them out and hose down if need be.

I just installed my new HP mats. Have to say that Husky X-act did fit better, and felt softer/nicer. Not digging those HPs 100%, but maybe I'll get used to them.

In meantime I have to should try to get either a warranty replacement or a deal on a single Husky mat.

Circled in red is the main reason I get weather tech. I have husky’s in my tundra and it doesn’t cover this area very well. Dirt/snow falls off your boot on the gas pedal if you’re not careful and gets all over the carpet
