Hey y’all, have you guys ordered from SOS b4? Can’t seem to get through to anyone. Called, left voicemails, email. I just ordered some stuff from them and it’s been saying that it’s being prepped for shipment for the last week.

I ordered some ditch light brackets a month or two back. They came in a timely manner once ordered but their communications were non-existent.

I emailed them because they were running a free shipping promo at the time according to their website but the coupon code didn’t work when added to my cart. They never responded to any of my emails. After waiting a week I posted on here and the vendor @uploadadventure was able to get in touch with them for me. It seems like he’s the only way to actually get in touch with SOS. At that point the promo had ended so I just ordered and paid the shipping.

I’m happy with the product I received but based on my experience I’d be nervous to order a bigger ticket/long lead time item from them.

    lots of similar experiences here:

Bought his sliders long ago. Still love em, but he's a small man operation I believe so responses might be delayed I'd imagine.

company was recently sold and have had a lot of complaints about super long delays and zero customer support. THere's a reason they're no longer a vendor here.

members of the TW Staff have recently learned that SOS is no longer in business. the building has been sold and the business is gone.
if you have an outstanding order with SOS please contact your credit card/bank ASAP and start the process of filing a dispute.
we will keep you posted if we find out any more info.
