    Our brain dead Governor here in California just announced yesterday that he signed a bill to send a $400 refund check to every registered vehicle owner in CA to offset the sky high gas / diesel taxes he has been steadily increasing every year since he took office a few years ago. And, bless his heart, he has temporarily suspended the next automatic fuel tax increase that goes into effect every year on July 1st. What a guy!! Thankfully, my wife, her parents and brother, are all leaving this cesspool for a cheaper place to live, back east.
