If you go to Toyota.com and click "Find a Dealer" it will take you to dealers near whatever zip code you use. From there you can click on any of the dealers and the link will be like https://www.toyota.com/dealers/dealer/05063 (This one is AutoNation Toyota Arapahoe) That number at the end of the link is the number you're looking for in the spreadsheet. Hope this helps!

Just a question on the spreadsheet. Are the lines highlighted green trucks that are up for grabs or trucks for someone and on the way to the dealer?

My truck that I was allocated and took delivery of last week never hit the spreadsheet. Others have said theirs have, so it appears it's probably both. I called several dealerships around me that I saw getting trucks on the spreadsheet and while most were spoken for, a few weren't.

This spreadsheet is a fantastic resource! As others have said, many of the trucks are pre-sold when they show up on the inventory list, but not all. I was looking for a TRD Pro 6MT and I checked the list every day for new matches. As soon as I saw one, I contacted the dealer to check the status. After a few weeks, I got lucky and was able to snag a matching truck at a local dealer.

Are the trucks on this spreadsheet just allocations or trucks that were actually delivered to the dealer? TY

The vehicles that show up on this spreadsheet are taken from the inventory at what point in time? allocation? production? dealership lot?

I believe the spreadsheet only lists built vehicles as they all seem to have a permanent VIN. They may be either in-transit or on the lot. I don't know if the listings populate before or after the trucks arrive at the Port.

I'd love it if you added Camry Hybrid's to the list.

Sometimes the car is not on their site, which could be a good thing. But one of them was already sold. Is the created at column when it was added to the spreadsheet?

Yeah, this is the issue i'm having. Every one I called about is already reserved OR the dealer will only work with local buyers. I've only been looking for a week but i'm almost thinking to throw in the towel and look into pre-owned :notsure:

This spreadsheet is a great resource -- any chance of updating it now that they are transitioning to 2023s?
    Thanks!

I'm not computer savvy enough to make good use of the spreadsheet. Would love to find a grey TRD Pro within 500 miles of SC. Zip code 29206. I'll take either transmission.
If anybody knows of one please pm me. If I can male a deal on it- I'll send you a $100 Amazon gift card.

Have you tried Autotrader….or the Toyota inventory site….? Finding one at MSRP will be hard if you are willing to pay the typical $5000 MA it shouldn’t be too hard. I’m only looking for one in Solar Octane, I’ll add grey to my searches.

Consider giving it more than a week, and try to establish a good relationship with a local dealer or two, or three. I'm #1 on my local dealer's list for a Pro and they're a pretty large dealer so I'd be shocked if they don't get allocated one for the entire year. The days of instant gratification are gone (but I suspect we're trending in that direction slowly). Good luck!

I can't thank you enough....Now that the 2023's are on the spreadsheet I found a Solar Octane Tacoma Pro with no options within 500 miles on my home and bought it tonight. I fly in Friday after next to drive it back home. Best part, other than the junk $699 SET Toyoguard and a $900 processing fee it was MSRP. Some dealers still have a 10,000 market adjustment on these.

    Thank You
