Great minds...my iKamper inflatable mattress arrived this afternoon. :D

Edit: also, iKamper was Amazon fast with their delivery. I ordered it Thursday morning around 10am and it was at my door today at 3pm.

Yeah I thought the same. Watched several YouTube videos just to know the process and it never acts the same. Cutting the nubs was a pain. Have a picture of the cement? I still debated on swapping to the MGM since it’s more of a charcoal grey than the lighter cement gray.

Have you tried it out yet? Mine is still up on a lift in the garage, so I haven’t had a chance to see how much of my stuff I can stuff in there.

Tell us more about that nice ride. I can’t stopping laughing at your specifics. My car had the manual air conditioning, where you rolled the window down and the radio was dual cassette boom box. After rain storms, I always had to see how much water accumulated on my floorboard. The doors would lock but if I did lick the doors, I had to unlock passenger door and climb over to unlock driver door. Thanks for your description

it lights up the housing when the fog isn’t turned on - so you tap something like

100% overkill for how I wheel, but between the @drtfabrication spindle gussets and the @Marlin Crawler cam tab gussets, cockroaches and my suspension are the only things that will survive a nuclear blast.

I haven't yet. Just threw the tent in the truck this week. Hopefully I'll make it out in the next couple weeks. The mattress is significantly thinner than the original pads but I still can't see fitting anything other than a sleeping bag and maybe a thin pillow or two up in there. Haha. Also not sure I'll ever get it as thin as it is right now. I feel like once it's inflated I'll never get it fully deflated again.

I’m hoping that when you open the valves on the bottom of the mattress and fold up the tent that it gets compressed but yeah, I don’t see a very large pillow fitting in there.

Installed an oil catch can. Went to o o o o’reilys to get fuel hose and the lady didn’t want to charge me as she said I served. I had to explain that I never served (only one kidney) and that I would like to pay. She said just take the hose…. Ugh. Not complaining about free stuff but I don’t want people thinking I was in the military.

We had a mechanic where I used to work. He was an A&P IA super smart guy, owned a Tesla before they were popular, big supporter of space X etc. however he believed the world was flat and that some of our planes had chemtrail dispersion systems installed. This is at a major US airline and he was a 27 year plus mechanic when I left. Truly believed in lizard people as well. Crazy.
