I need to dig through old photos, there was a photo of a railroad welder working on a switch point on the wall of the training school. He had a cute little shade umbrella, a nice arc going, and was half buried in snow

 

I've seen some pretty badass umbrellas for welders in the outdoors, not gonna lie...be a nice comfort for pipeline

 

I used to laugh at people that would use umbrellas in broad daylight but it's starting to make more sense to me now

 

I dont think there is anything comfortable about pipeline
