    i think you want the 3rd one, the 4th says 'non-SR5' in the fit comments. i dont think you'll need any other parts than whats on the truck from the stock one but i've never installed one of these particular grilles.

    well if it installs the same way as a stock one, as i'd imagine it does, then it should take about 5 minutes to remove the one on your truck and put this one on. fits by a centering pin on the bottom, a few clips and two screws on top to hold it down. all you need is a flat screwdriver to pop the plastic clips up, and a philips screwdriver for the two screws on top.:D
