    Been waiting 9 days for a 3 day delivery on a new water heater. Home Depot received it yesterday, the old one burst completely an hour ago. Home Depot can't give it to me because the people who unload freight don't work weekends. So it's just sitting in a truck behind the store until tomorrow. 0/10 customer service. Cold shower tomorrow morning I guess.
