It's paid off and tuned, figure it's probably past due to get on a trail. But I honestly think it would fall off a cliff at the gorge. All that shit is so narrow now

    Do seat covers count?
Well, I'm leaving the Taco family (for now). After many issues with this 3.5 we decided to let usbank have it (lease turn in). It's currently at Kings Toyota with valvetrain issues.

    I bought a 2010 Rav4 v6 4wd.

CROSS-POSTING FROM MY POST IN THE KY REGIONAL FORUM. In case any of my Ohio peeps are interested in joining for a little off-road adventure this coming Saturday, March 26th....here are the details:

Alright, I think I have a pretty decent "easy to moderate" route lined up. I generally followed the trail descriptions from https://www.ridethedbbb.org/post/introducing-virtual-hiking-trails-all-over-the-world to plan this route. Recent rainfall will play a large role in just how difficult these trails are, but I'm hoping that they are all passable with the 33" tires and 2-3" of lift that me and my jeep buddy have. I've got a hi-lift jack and buddy has a winch in case things get hairy, but I'm not "planning" to use them!

I've mapped out the route in Google maps and had to divide in 2 parts since there is a section at the bottom of Big Andy Rd. that isn't a "road" in Google Maps. That's the section of Lower Devil Creek Rd. that connects Big Andy Rd. to Sandy Ridge Rd. Each part of my route is expected to take 1.5-2hrs (at least according to Google), and I plan to take a lunch break 30 mins into the 2nd part at Sky Bridge Station (one of our favorite places to grab a beer and burger)! Following lunch, we'll probably take a more leisure pace and make a few stops to hike along the way. If we get a group going, anyone is welcome to hike with us or separate and continue offroading.

I'm not very proficient in map sharing, so hopefully these routes show up!
PART ONE starts at the intersection of Fixer Leeco Rd. and State Hwy 1036 and ends where Big Andy Rd. dead-ends at Lower Devil Creek.

PART TWO starts at the North Fork Kentucky River and Sandy Ridge Rd and ends at Punkin Hollow Rd.

I would guess we may start around 10am on Saturday, March 26th but that time is somewhat flexible. Full disclaimer: I've not done this route before, so I'm really not sure what to expect. I'm offroading in my daily, so I will turnaround if sections look too sketchy. If anyone has more experience with these routes than I do (which should be most of the KY group), feel free to chime in with comments about trip conditions and trouble-spots.

Wish I could make it @crazyaussie. In a few weeks I should be able to get the truck out either in ohio "vinton county" or down south. Have a winch and plenty of steel and it's not a daily driver so could definitely help get people pulled out or pulled through areas.

For me, I like BFGoodrich or Toyo tires. These brands have MT tires as well.

You get wheels in that color or what color you get?

Bronze. Km3’s are to expensive end Toyo Open country MTs wear very quickly.

Lol no I haven’t forgot. But to be honest I didn’t do much with tires there. And not of lot of people would come there for an MT anyway.
