    Hi guys
I’m installing power windows locks and mirrors in my standard cab 07 Toyota Tacoma And could use some help with wiring schematics. I have the wiring harnesses for the doors and the pigtails off a wrecked truck or 2 my need is how to connect them together as in what the other truck had I’m trying to make it as factory as I can. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Assuming you have an 07 harness, here you go.

Thank you so much. The color match up perfectly to the harness I have. Now I can make up a wire harness to fit my truck.

I’m not planning to have remote power locks with the factory ecu if that’s what your response is about? But will be tying it in to my alarm system. I needed the wiring diagram for making a harness to work around the body ecu my truck doesn’t have.

The door control receiver is the main item missing in your OEM set up for the remote power lock feature. (no rear door lock input required in your single cab, but could add the camper, tailgate as an input.

I just found out that I need to add the body ecu for the power locks and windows because all the switches can’t handle the voltage needed to power the windows. So I need to find the body ecu. Anyone know the location of it?

It's mounted to the back of the interior fuse box.

Cool I took that off of the wrecked truck I got most of my parts from but didn’t take any of the plugs and sections of wire with it. I wonder if my truck has the same one in it? Thanks for your help I really appreciate it

Yes I could wire it t up that way but I’d have to make new switch panel that would look good. I’m OCD with stuff like that

Not sure the differences (if any) in the ECU and wiring between a base model and one with power windows and locks, they don't differentiate them in the FSM and wiring diagrams.

Also, you'd need to tie in the key unlock/lock switch from the Driver's & Passenger's door to the circuit.

What about the windows can I do the same thing with them?
Thanks for the great Wiring diagram. This will be a big help.

Windows would require fused power for each motor. The door switches would be the same as you'd use on a extra-cab version.
I haven't researched the single cab for similarities on the Body ECU (cab fuse box). It might have all you need.

on the fuse box is there a list of what the plugs are for? I'm trying to tie in to the right fuses and relays at the fuse box.
sorry I'm new to this forums and don't know how to add pictures and circle the plugs I'm talking about.
the wiring diagrams have helped me a whole lot thanks!!!

There is a list of what the fuses are for, no list for the connectors.
