Check the track and grease along the edges, and also check alignment of the window.

    Yep, I missed that part.

Sounds like a bad regulator to me.

You should be able to take the switch from one of the rear doors and try it in the R/F door and see if the window works.

Your saying it doesn't roll up from either switch?
Sounds like a bad switch, you will need a test light or meter to see which one is bad.
Pin 2 (Black) and Pin 5 (Blue/Yellow) at the passenger window switch should both be grounded when the driver's switch is not being depressed, Pin 4 (White) should have power with the key on.
When the driver's side switch is pressed to up Pin 5 (Blue/Yellow) should change to 12v, when it is pressed down Pin 2 (Black) should change to 12v.
When the passenger switch is pressed up it uses Pin 4 (White) for power and Pin 2 (Black) for ground, when it is pressed down it uses Pin 4 (White) for power and Pin 5 (Blue/Yellow) for ground.

If your powers and grounds are correct at the passenger switch then it is likely bad, if they are not then your drivers side switch is likely bad.

Try "exercising" the switch by clicking it for the "up" travel mode repeatedly a dozen times or more or until it starts working. The purpose is to clean the contacts in that switch. You can also just click from up to down to do the same thing. I have had this work, especially for window switches that are seldom used: like the ones on the back doors. Does the window go up with the passenger door switch? If it does it's probably the driver's switch; if it doesn't it could be the passenger door switch. If that doesn't work, pop out the trim panels and unplug the switch and and reconnect it; it may just need to be re-seated. Some vehicles are wired strange: i.e. the driver's switch won't work if the passengers switch is causing the issue. Thus the suggestion that you give both switches a workout. The other suggestion to swap the switch with another one on the driver's console is a good one, and again, try it on both sides. The trim cover is easy to remove: it just presses in. Go easy with it though, the plastic pins underneath are fragile.

Did you check the wiring like I outlined above?
