Are the aftermarket pulleys you all are trying a double bearing pulley (it has 2 bearings pressed into it) the double bearings would give you the proper distance with the spacers.

 

That what I did. I put a 10" fan in the front as a pusher. It works good and helps the ac at idle. I have it wired to the compressor clutch. I can feel the ac temp change as it cycles. But it is a huge help.

 

You’re right. I think the boxes they were inwere swapped

 

Looked like in another photo, that it bolted to the OEM lower plenum.

 

I'm gonna give them a try. These will be going in the tensioner, lower idler and mid idler for the S/C.

 

guys since i have left and right afr gauges i ask this-
where or what would i check/suspect if one bank fluctuates more and more rapidly than another? i had one sensor dead for almost a year. replaced both a while back. both upstream o2's are new, ruthieums, ripp coils, and new tb gasket. have an upcomming with our tuning king but im trying to learn. maf sensor is 3yrs old and my air filter is ok.
maybe its a gauge issue but im doubtful.
feedback welcomed.
made me lean to the factory intake gasket.

 

i will give those a go next round. what did they cost? curious, but if @TRON has 10 yrs on his im in.

 

I would start by comparing a log in HP tuners showing AFR documented by the primary AFR sensors, and then see if your aftermarket gauges are in the ballpark. I have some sensors for my gauges that i know i need to replace, but the truck runs like a top and looked good in the HP tuner's logs. May also try swapping AFR gauge o2 sensors from side to side and see if the one that fluctuates more moves to the other bank. This would indicate o2 sensor for the gauge as the culprit. I dont have much faith in Bosch o2 sensors, so that's where i'd start

 

i had considered that. these are the denso ones. didnt need @12TRDTacoma giving me a hard(er) time for that. thanks man!
the truck does have an ever so slight miss when idling. like splitting hairs. im thinking there is a physical issue somewhere.

6303s are for tensioner and lower idler and 6203 is for mid idler.

Are you referring to the side seals? I'm not sure I understand. If you mean the bearings I just used sockets and a bench vise.

If you do actually feel a miss at idle then you do have an issue indeed.

No lie though seriously, those Bosch sensors are absolute garbage. Ditch them if you have them.

drivers side is doing the crazy. rapid from 14.5-15.5 passenger side much more stable. mild throttle 1/3 afrs drop to 12.5. harder throttle no meth 10.5. meth 8.5.

 

Because the Tacoma computer is about as stupid as a 2004 Ford PCM.
