    I just used the rubber blocks and rubber backed washers. I haven't had any leaks that I'm aware of.

    Yup, cut it to fit between the rubber blocks and installed it with 3M automotive molding tape

    KDMaxPro 10.0, OME 2" Med Duty lift, RCI Sliders, RoofRack, Skid Plate, etc.
    Exactly the same here.
    No caulking, no leaks, and I cut the weatherstripping to fit. I also had to use (gorilla glue) automotive tape to hold a couple of the molding pieces down. Almost lost one! lol

    Hey @RCI-Offroad I've got a regular cab and will have to chop the rack in half/drill my roof/do some other mods to get it to fit. Do you have any that are damaged that you'd sell me? I also wouldn't need all the cross bars. I tried starting a convo but couldn't. Yours is the best looking IMO, that front fairing looks the cleanest to deflect wind.

    Edit: I also noticed online that your full skid package states it will fit access and double cab 4x4 only. Not going to fit my RC 4x4?

    bumping this back up to see if anyone has installed a front light bar with your RCI rack. I used diode dynamics for all of my other lighting, but they only offer a 42" bar, not a 40"
    I did get some Diode Dynamics SSC2 Sports mounted rearward on my rack. Still need to wire them in though.

    I can’t find the post but I’m certain someone did try the 42 bar and had to modify the brackets as it was slightly to wide

    I go through DD as well. You can use the SSC1 pods and chainlink them together to make a light bar. I believe they have the link kit.

    Thought I would bump the post to see how everyone's install and rubber is holding up. Finally getting to mine a year after delivery with a solo install....no one's around to help me lift the thing so will just build it on the roof. Anyone end up using silicone?
