How long did you have to wait for your factory 2022 order/request/whatever it is called?

Anyone know why my truck would drop off the dealer website? Went in sunday and they told me itll be here by wed. I looked this am on the app and it moved a mile. On the dealers website its now gone? This normal ? Or did they sell it from under me ?

 

maybe they were getting lot of calls about your truck and they were tired of telling others its already sold. So, decided to remove it from their website! All the best! Most people are good and they will do the right thing.

Most dealers won’t do that. It would hurt their reputation. Especially if you put down a substantial deposit.

There is a YouTuber in NY that wants to Sue a Ford Dealer here in NJ because they sold his new, supposedly rare trim Bronco. That he got for under MSRP. He’s lying out of his teeth.
What he doesn’t tell you is that he never signed any paperwork or got a receipt for his so called CASH deposit.

So I was a little curious and decided to VSpec the rest of the tacoma's from my Dealer and they have the ETA field, but none of them have an actual ETA. Wonder if they don't get that updated...

I did the same thing. My dealer has another TRD Sport with an ETA of today though Thursday. I’m waiting to see when it shows up.

 

Right there with you guys. Sadly I’m seeing vehicles that were built after mine with similar specs have ETA’s for this week. Must be some add option that’s holding mine back.

Ordered mine back around Feb 20th? Port day was scheduled for the 23rd, however it got pushed back to the 28th. Haven't got the VIN yet or confirm that it's on the way. Sure my dealer is sick of my inquiries lol

 

So do you check when it's built?

 

I got my fingers crossed on mine. In the last week, it has moved up two weeks! So hopefully I get mine on the 15th of April!

I'm located in Sioux Falls South Dakota. I ordered mine on January 28th. I was told three days later that the dealerships allocated truck was in line to be built, so they got that one built for me. In the past two weeks my delivery date has moved up two weeks. Super excited if I actually get it on the 15th.

 

Interesting mine just updated show 6 miles no gas !!!! No update on eta wth is going on lol.

 

Since my eta disappeared in the vspec, I started looking out of state to find a truck and found one on the lot in NY. It had some crappy accessory options but it's available right now. I called my original dealer to pull my deposit and he swears to me my truck will be here on 4/6 and he was planning on calling me to let me know (this one is spec'd exactly how I want it). There is still no eta showing on the vspec but he said on their end it shows 4/6. Has anyone experienced that and it been the case or is my dealer blowing smoke up my ass so I don't back out? My dealer also knows that I need a car by the 6th or 7th since I'm going back to work so it seems like far too convenient timing to be legit to me, but I also don't want to pay a 2k markup in NY even though i got them down from 7k. My local dealer is at msrp. What do you guys think?

 

That's what mine shows, 6mi, no gas, tires at 32psi. Updated on Sunday. Shortly thereafter my ETA updated to 3/29-3/31. No other updates yet, but hopefully I get a phone call soon. Keep an eye on it!
