Went offroading today and fell over down a tiny ravine. Had to get help lifting the bike up and took about 20min to get around the rocks and sand and etc down there. It was a pain in the ass. Only scar is a couple decent scrapes on the leg that I had to glue together. One lower crash bar is bent pretty good so going to replace them. Bunch of scratches all over the bike. Didn't see anything else broken yet. Mirrors are all floppy. Rode home well so thats good. It was a standing still fall over so kinda just fell over into the bushes and rocks etc. Not excited about HAVING to buy new stuff for it but could be worse

Got out for about an hour on the CB750. It was almost 65 here today, warmest it's been since October.

Also tried to mount the tail bag onto the Navi and couldn't quite find a way I liked, so I gave up after an hour of dinking around with that. Whomp whomp.

I always feel like, if you're going to do more stuff that could potentially damage the bike, don't replace the already damaged cosmetic stuff now. Odds are you're just going to damage it again the next time you drop it. Yeah it sucks to have a janky machine but it sucks worse to have a perpetually empty wallet and spend all that time replacing the same shit repeatedly!

Once you get confident in your ability to not biff, replace that stuff.

    Also we need pics!!!!

My buddy wanted to ride his ATV on the (super muddy) logging track in my woods. I went along on the WRR.

He also got his ATV stuck, luckily close to solid ground, so I was able to winch him out with the Taco, which was fun. Then later he got his truck / trailer stuck in soft ground right next to my driveway, so I yanked him out. I gave him no end of shit for having to get pulled out twice by a lowly base Taco.

He's got 4 kids with 3 different baby mamas so I made him this meme. He was not amused. I was rather proud of it.

The Oxbow Voyager came in so I slapped it on. I was afraid that this location would put it too much in my peripheral vision but it's just out of the way that I don't really notice it, but I get the bonus functionality of seeing it's battery life via the indicator/control button on the back.

Oh, not replacing cosmetic stuff. Functional stuff like the lower crash bars got bent, mirror twisted etc.
Pics don’t really show that much it just looks dirty not that messed up. It’s all jsut a lot of little scratches and stuff like that

Whats the battery pack setup like with that? Tuck it in the backpack size or mounted on the back of the helmet or?

    Looks like an 05ish 636?

Don't forget to check and adjust the chain tension, inspect both sprockets, brake pad life, tire pressure and age of tires. Those look like older rubber, for street no more than 7-8 years is a safe bet if stored properly.

The brick actually comes with a case with velcro that can have it live on your arm like an arm band. I plan on running it to my USWE because it is pretty damn heavy and don't really want it on my arm. I'll get some pictures later today of the battery setup.

Definitely. Going to be looking into new pads and rotors and do the tires all at once while it's apart.

    Love the bike.

Yes. It's a '21 Tracer 9 GT. Should be interesting to compare to my previous AT.

I'm itching to ride but it was 9 degrees this morning and might be snowing when I go to get it Saturday morning.

When side panels become available you can buy brand new ones for less than $60 for the full set.
