I had been using old Craftsman jackstands for years. They got stolen after I left them at the old house while getting situated into the new apartment

Now I not only need new jackstands, but a new jack as well. The old jack is resting with the lower control arms I had promised you...at the old house :bananadead:

That's likely your apartment's lack of insulation lol or other poor practices. My current gf had the same situation last summer. She made them come out 3 times to fix the A/C which actually helped.
Their prices are actually cheap tbh. I'd take SRP over APS any day.

My summer peak last year was $160 for a 1500sqft house, but I'm not a boomer who keeps the place at 68 when its 120 outside

I left that awful state, did exactly what the Colorado river is planning and left never to come back.

Pretty much everyone I know heats their homes with heat pumps around here. For new construction with proper insulation they are plenty sufficient. Installing one in an older home is a poor choice imo. Mine runs non stop once the temp drops past 32-35. Granted my house has no insulation in the exterior walls, but youd think that a solid brick house would be able to hold enough heat for the heat pump to shut off every now and then.

@Sperrunner how was the first episode of Halo?

I can't run it on my computer because of ad blockers even though I disabled them.

Probably trying to frustrate me into purchasing the ad-free subscription

Thinking about ordering some balljoints and OTREs, balljoints are just about 2 years old I think, no idea on the tie rods.

Or find something else to spend money on

Before I bought this place I looked at a few two story townhomes that had real ones... was strange because they weren't even that old...maybe 70s at worst.
Tbh wouldn't have minded one, I'd have actually used it.
