New Tacoma Owner - Baltimore MD

Hey everyone! Thomas here. I’m originally from Honolulu but have lived in Baltimore for the past 7 years or so. I’ve always wanted a Tacoma - my dad has had several growing up and I’ve always loved them.

I finally pulled the trigger and got a sweet deal on a 2018 TRD Off Road in Inferno. I LOVE the color and took it into the woods for the first time today where she performed perfectly.

I am planning on getting the windows tinted, putting on some rain guards, adding a pro grill and doing the chrome delete on the rear bumper. I don’t want to lift or seriously modify the suspension at the moment as I really enjoy the factory ride.

Aside from my truck and off roading I love cooking and barbecuing. I’m looking forward to taking the smoker out into the woods and camping while doing a pulled pork or ribs in the near future.

You're not too far from me--A nice countryside ride to a metropolis. I also lived on Oahu from 1999-2003; stationed at Hickam AFB. Been here in DE since 2006.

I'm in agreeance about the suspension too...initially had it on my "to add list" but I'm enjoying the ride.

No camping days for me...although, my son-in-laws did invite me to a Delaware State campsite this month or next...I can't remember.
