You should know but I bet you're right. I don't remember those triangle notches and shouldn't there be some frame rail L shaped brackets that wrap the frame? Also, 5 lateral supports vs 3.

Maybe the older Mobtown sliders were like that but mine were bought in 2018 so.....

Buy the way, I almost sold this motorcycle jack when I stopped riding and I'm glad I didn't. It will certainly come in handy if I can ever afford to replace my bumpers.

You need one for a 3rd gen Brother. The 2nd gen bed is wider I believe and the 3rd gen tailgate is bowed out more. That is dependent on the type I suppose. Maybe a roll up will work.

If anyone happens across a decent looking daily driver around the MA, NH, ME area let me know. Im in the market for a new one. Had a lead on sweet early 2000s BMW 530i but that fell through, and maybe for the best after reading more about them..

Primarily focused on something simple and reliable (either that or something unique and fun :D). Ideally would be about 10 years old and lower mileage obviously, but not too concerned about age or miles honestly. Biggest concern is minimal or no rust, and overall reliability. Budget is under $10k, lower being better. But I realize the market is what it is right now..

Speaking of soft tonneau covers, I have a 5ft American Tonneau soft tri fold that I should get rid of. Been in storage for the better part of three years now. Was in very good shape when I took it off, no rips or tears. Not sure what a fair price would be, maybe $100 :notsure:

I should get some pics of that thing uploaded on here

Truck in his description is a 17 :notsure:

I think the beds are the same width but the third gen rails are a bit lower down and the tailgate difference too.

I'll give you mine if you want it. Roll up. Had the foam notched for the bars. Just need to make sure I have all the clamps, etc.

The T handle for yhe cable actuated latches is different. The Pop-n-Lock for those is different, actually activates the locking cylinder it the handle.

I'll look into it, when it's warmer, and I have more time to think straight.

Sorry about that Brother, I was referring to the CL add in Wilmington. I thought you were considering that tonneau.

Ahhhh, so then the cables must go to a spring loaded latch type locking mechanism. Most likely similar to a standard door knob. You need to turn the T handle to open the door but can just push it closed to shut it, then lock to keep it from being turned.

I like working out problems like this in my mind. I just wish I had the skills to implement them.:(

Mine is only 3 years old! 3 years is not long enough. Worst part is, the dealer that checked it said it wasn't a OEM battery. I bought the truck new, but it was acquired from another dealership by the one I bought from.

So most likely I'll get some push-back from them.

I don't run anything on it but maybe some low voltage led lights so I don't need anything special. I think Northstar has a good one.
