Exactly why I bought a motorcycle. Way more fun than a supercharged pig, and also cost less.

I think it's under 300cc and more than 15 years old and it'll work for motorcycles/scooters.

Rolled the dice last week and it payed off. Found these SW Motech bags that I liked:

    https://www.revzilla.com/motorcycle/sw-motech-legend-gear-ls1-ls2-saddlebags?rrec=true

things start to add up when you see the bags are sold individually and the seat strap is sold separately.

I stumbled across these from Viking Bags:
    https://www.vikingbags.com/viking-bonafide-large-black-motorcycle-cafe-racer-saddlebags/

Did a deep dive on researching both bags and found out they’re the same bags/design. The Viking bags come with both bags and the seat strap included for the price of ONE SW Motech bag. So I ordered and took advantage of a StPaddys sale with 20% off.

Received the Viking bags this weekend and was pleasantly surprised that they changed the internal liner to a hi-viz orange so your stuff is easier to find. Still figuring out final mounting because I want to incorporate my quick release bracket but I’m extremely happy with my purchase. Pics incoming.

As a note, SWMotech claims they have the bags available in black and brown, but I couldn’t find the black anywhere, not even as an “out of stock” listing. Viking had both in stock.

Man, 11 years ago. I only remember buying it for $3500. I rode for a year, then sold it for the same. Only remember the mileage was less than 10k, otherwise I wouldn't have bought it because it was too high. It had a D&D slip on.

    A bunch of junk
I gave up riding in 18 after a bad year. I'd owned 11 bikes but I lost my best friend that year to a bike then months later my wife and I nearly lost our lives to someone running a red-light. Rod in my leg and wrists that don't been that far, a relative is tempting me with a great deal on their ducati. I'm thinking track bike?

I remember when I had the d&d slip on for my 1000rr. Ended selling it was getting pulled over to much. It was loud af. But wasn't even speeding all the times the police heard it they just thought I was speeding. I remember one time I was already home bike put in the garage and was about to walk into my house when a cop comes pulling up my driveway saying if he ever catches me speeding again he will arrest me. I laughed said he didn't even see me he just heard me going up my street. Told him to kick rocks.

I changed the oil in both bikes last weekend, and also realized they're twins in a sense...

Both have an 08/2013 manufacture date, are first year models for Yamaha, and have nearly the same mileage on them now. Hung this flag too for a little garage decor

    None... yet.
Oh, yes! The track is where it's at!

Nice! I hit 33,333 on my F4i a couple weeks ago and was determined to snap a pic when it hit. Unfortunately, I lost my focus when I spotted a speed trap and totally forgot until I looked down and saw... 33,337. Kinda anti-climatic...

I'm wanting an MT-09 soooo bad! Or maybe a Husky 701 SM. Whichever shows up first after I sell the F4i...
