Wazzup guys and gals. A few months ago I installed 2” aal in rear and OME 2887 coils wrapped around Bilstein 5100’s on bottom notch. My front has sagged/settled only after a few months with a 1 and 1/8th inch difference betwen front and back. Yall thinks its ok to just add a quality 1/2 inch thick spacer on top of front coils to get my 1” back and sitting purty?

My 887’s sagged too. 1/2 spacer is too big for my preferences but..

So 1/2 inch spacer isnt a good idea? Could go back to my original coils and put the shock on 4th setting I guess

Sell the 887’s and grab a set of Eibach coils. Won’t sag like the OME’s are known to do on these 3rd gens.

Can I pair the Eibach coils with the Bilstein 5100’s?

The spacer is going to decrease your suspensions performance.

Well then the spacer isnt an option. They say the OME 887 coils should be used in bottom setting only on the Bilstein 5100. Since it has sagged and settled why not bump it up a notch or 2?

Yeppers… seems thats the direction I’m going. Have you used Eibach coils or do you now?

Mine also sagged so I up a notch to 0.65. It helped but it was still too squishy until I added more weight (skid plate, sliders) and it made a difference, more planted and stable but I would like to get my lift back.

U bumped the OME 887 to the 2nd setting? .65? Whataya mean by squishy? Ride and drive ok? Any vibration at any speed? Oh, and did go back to sitting level after bumping it up a notch?

Strange, I’ve had my 887s for about 4 months now and no sagging whatsoever. I did cycle the suspension a lot off road too.

Thats a good thing, glad to hear that. You one of the few if not the only one. Perhaps the sag is yet to come but I hope not.

Hopefully not. So far I’ve been really happy with my OME lift kit. Front tires were literally airborne a few times when I went off-roading in the snow this February.

Nope, just pictures of being stuck in the snow for 6 hours, haha. Was fun going to our spot, but coming back… absolute hell.

Had to get a lot of momentum to jump over those 2-3’ ruts , I’m actually surprised my alignment and suspension is perfectly fine. Left tire lost a bead twice.
