Long Travel BS Thread

Oh shit, that was fast! I'm gonna start messing with front end removal this weekend. Going mildish with the build. 35-36" tires. What's a good long travel kit? So many out there on initial searches.

 

It doesn't really look that bad close up. I'm curious what it looks like once you start tearing into it.

 

At auto parts store now cause it didnt have a belt and missing power steering pump pulley

Eh most of the convos are about slow trail riding and trailers in here lately - Jeeps seem like a natural progression from that.

 

If literally anyone from this forum shows up here I’d cold start limiter bang and then we’d go for a ride and smash whoops as fast as I could. Then we could hit the one local crawling trail and bang off some rocks.

Also, no. I didn't delete anything. Just consolidated the post into one but the second part wasn't directed at you.

 

This is extremely valid. Jeeps can actually perform well if setup correctly but most effort is put towards everything other than suspension performance. You don't need a lot of shock for crawling.
