Put a deposit down on a black PRO in October. There's a slim chance a July delivery will happen, otherwise looking at 2023 model. BSM was brought up as well in the conversation.

I ordered mine first week of Nov, so just after you. There is a decent chance you get it I think.

Hard to say. Mine was “In production” and got axed. I think if it’s not already built it’s not going to happen

It would be interesting to compare build dates, I ordered an ORP in lunar rock the first week in January. Salesman is getting it with a dealer swap. Truck is supposed to be built the later part of June, delivered in July.

Saw my first 2022 Pro in the wild, just landed at Maple Toyota in Vaughan. Hopefully this means mine is right around the corner now.
Also it sucks that the Canadian models do not come with black badges or the hood decal from the factory. Anyone know where I could order that hood decal or if it’s available to buy oem?

I would ask my dealer to order one and put it on free of charge as it's part of the Pro package as per Toyota.ca site.

My Pro 6A in ELG got pushed again by 2-3 weeks. Pre ordered in July 2021. Dealer ordered in for me as soon as orders were open in Oct.
Possibly see mine in May sometime.

I actually ordered 2 from different dealers. And this is the earliest either could get one.

Got a call from my dealer today. My ELG Pro is now in transit. It was at port for almost 4 weeks. Dealer said eta is APR 15-15. Does anyone know where Toyota Ports are for the prairie regions. 2 weeks seems like a long time to go by carrier. Original eta was apr 4-9

Just emailed my dealer yesterday, there's been no change in ETA for my DCSB OR that is expected in June, ordered end of Jan 2022. ETA, VTN etc was initially communicated around Feb 20 or so. Maybe the delays are linked only to the higher trim models?

I spoke with my dealer yesterday and that's what he said. The premium and upper trims with blind spot monitors have shortages at the moment.

I heard that too, my uncle order a TRD Sport prem from a dealer in Hamilton, ON and they offered him a lower model b/c of the shortages

Whoa! I have to be the luckiest guy in the world! I drove by my dealership yesterday and this was sitting on the lot. I pulled in and ran to my sales guy and shouted, "I'll take it!" It had been ordered by a guy who backed out at the last moment and now it's mine...I'd have to be a fool not to! IMG_5615.HEIC.jpg

Well, it's after 12:00 noon so I'll come clean...April Fools! I really thought I would get a bigger reaction considering that there's no way you can walk into any dealership and pick up a new Taco off the lot! You guys are all so nice not calling my bullshit...but then again, this is a Canadian edition discussion!
