I'd much rather get a refund than lights at this point. After catching up and reading the experience that @Billison_ had, I no longer trust I'll get a product I want.

 

I would also like to get a refund at this point instead of a rushed build of questionable quality. Its been a year. I'm out over a grand. And the last I checked I'm not a bank making small business loans at zero percent interest. All I've gotten are excuses followed by long periods of silence before another excuse and off into the ether again. I'm no where to be seen on this "list" and my guess is that my build has not even started yet so I do not understand what the problem would be with a refund at this point. In fact it just seems like the right thing to do on your end Logan

 

My first post states no refunds. I have everyone’s parts and I am currently working through builds. I will update order list this weekend to ensure everyone is on it

 

File a dispute with your bank. That’s the best option.

 

I really don't understand your attitude here. I think you're lucky you're not actually in handcuffs over this. You'd be quite a bit more lucky to have any reputation or business left here after this fiasco.

If I were you, I'd be going out of my way to repair relationships as well as "make things right". You may indeed have stated no refunds, but you also said a lot of other bullshit you never intended to stay true to. I'll be moving by the time you finish this up so MAKE SURE NOT TO SEND IT TO THE ADDRESS YOU HAVE FOR ME.

 

The struggle is so real to make headlights and taillights for customers who ordered them.
Tons of excuses this that and a bunch of angry members

But he’s out there buying a new side by side prob with everyone’s money and enjoying it!!!

 

I sold that a year ago. I had it in post before about refund. Idk if mods took that out but I have always said all sales final for years now. I will finish everyone’s builds and they will receive lights and I’ll get off this forum. I will not be contacting with anyone else from here on out unless you have an order with me and we are discussing builds and completion dates. Thank you everyone

 

I will have all TW members on this list build done and shipped this summer guaranteed

 

I have had it on that post and other ones such as group buy. I had it in red when I first made this post. I’m sure one of mods took it out. I will be talking with customers from here forward. Good luck everyone

 

Good luck? Wtf is that supposed to mean? What the hell is wrong with you? I want to have sympathy for you but you do not make it easy. I just hope the rushed, late job you do on my headlights are good enough for me to sell. I don't trust you'll make something I want anymore and I don't want to rely on them for safety and legality. I wish I was able to point to a thread full of your work as a voucher for the quality of the lights if I was to sell them, but if I tried to sell them I wouldn't want the buyer to see this thread. Then they're just some rando aftermarket headlights.

 

I would highly suggest you do not put them on your truck. Since I’ve received mine, both the shrouds internally have literally come unglued and fallen off. I, at most, have driven on smooth gravel too. So, if I were to fix it I’d have to completely open them up and reseal. Also, the lights are so unbelievably unreliable, where one or the other would randomly not turn on for a day or so. They even left me stranded once at night where neither of the lights would turn on. Luckily I have a light bar so I resorted to that, but if I didn’t, I would have totally been screwed. As soon as I can get them fixed I am going to sell them and go with some one else who is much more reputable. I would strongly suggest everyone do the same.

 

Hey buddy just saw your message. So you never got up with me on these details at all. You told me about a bulb once about a year ago or so and tried getting info from you to warranty it out but didn’t respond. I can’t help if you need stuff warrantied or anything you I’m not aware. I can help you if you need it. You also stated this in your message yesterday to me “Please, don't get me wrong, the work and craftsmanshift you have done has been great and I am not saying any of these issues have been your fault.” I appreciate the kind words as I do my best to build good products. I will have this whole list currently finished this summer and every one will have their lights

 

I’ll stand by my statement that you do okay work, because like myself I couldn’t do a retrofit and that’s why I reached out to you. But, the fact of the matter for me is that I am having constant issues and I refuse to spend more money on shipping and waiting months to get them back. And then what? A year from now something else is going to go wrong and I’d have to send them back to you, yet again, and by that time you’d be unreachable. I will figure out some other way to make this right for myself. But, for everyone else do the right thing to end this on a good note. If people want a refund, give them a damn refund and take the loss on your end.
