@rheath08 @White lightning boosted did you guys find your vacuum leaks. Sounds like the exact same thing with me. I was in communication with Justin yesterday to get my truck retuned. I swapped out of my URD tcai and back into the Afe Pro Dry S setup. Upon doing my data log it was discovered my long term fuel trims are way off indicating a vacuum leak. I’m also reading lean in bank 1. Other the the FPR hose, where did you guys look to rectify this?

Another update with me. So after finally looking on the back of the blower. I seem to have a very small piece scrape off from the clamp hitting that rear tube. Very minor. After having difficulty trying to move the clamp so the ear won’t hit anymore, I can up with this. Small piece of rubber hose. It fits snug on the clamp and it’s easy to checkimage.jpg

Is there anyone that is not afflicted by the clamp rubbing on the blower?

I'm not. The only thing it did to mine was very lightly cosmetically scratch the supercharger.

I don't have any vacuum leaks. I was just trying to help Jessie out.

What exactly are you asking for recommendations on here? The way you worded things here is making it difficult to understand.

It may have been FORD, but someone started making a electric drive unit swap for live axles. I say the electric drive units need a two speed transmission.

If I should just go with the OEM harmonic balancer and NST supercharger pulley or
NST crank pulley and NST supercharger pulley what combination is best

Preferably both should be the NST pulleys. I had to revert back to my OEM supercharger pulley after mine got shredded due to a failed supercharger idler pulley retention main stud but haven't really noticed an appreciable loss of zip when winding up.

Get the lightweight pulley set which is the crank dampener, water pump and alternator pulley, and if you can swing it get the supercharger pulley as well. If not, no harm no foul in running the OE Magnuson supercharger pulley.

If you can share some ideas with me it would be much appreciated. I’ll need pics too so I know where exactly I’m looking.

I used a OEM harmonic balancer mated to the NST s/c pulley. I like the idea of the rubber damper to reduce vibrations on the belt end. Also, I did purchase an ATI racing super damper which is the higher end of crank pulleys and still uses rubber dampers (balanced to 10k rpm). ATI crank pulley did not end up fitting due to a bolted/rebuildable design interference. So I just stuck with the next best thing, OEM.

I wasn't. checked mine but I have had the engine out a few times and the blower off a few times. I do have a mark on the back side that it might have had an issue from when I first installed the blower

Upstream sensor(s)? Denso... and only Denso IMHO.

Downstream? Any reputable brand. (Denso, bosch, ntk, etc)
