Thanks for the pics Blackout. Do you have a pic showing the upper mounts of the front shocks? Your truck seems to sit higher than mine. Maybe the fender trimming just makes it look like it.

Oh okay cool. Nice setup. I'm thinking I will have to do some trimming to. I have 18x9 inch wheels with a -12 offset on 285/65-R18 Dune Grapplers but with a toytec 3 inch lift.

For those using wheel spacers, did you have rubbing issues before the spacer? I'm just thinking that it may not. When I turn to the right, the outside of my left front tire touches (or super close anyway) the front of the fenderwell.. So if the outside of my tires are now further away with the spacers, wouldn't that put my left front tire closer to the front of the fenderwell

Has anybody put a spacer on top of the coilovers for more lift to solve rubbing issues?

You know, I think you're right. My initial rubbing issue was with the UCAs, not the fenders. Now that I've installed the spacers, I need to trim my fenders a little, but not too much.

And about spacers on top of your coilovers, I've always heard it's BAD to "stack" lifts.

If you're running 285s on stock rims, then probably. Some tires don't but most do I think. However, mine only rubbed when going backwards and wheels at full lock.

As long as your rims have 4.5" backspacing, you won't be near the UCAs.

I'm not sure what my backspacing is but I know my rims are at a -12 offset.

Well got my truck back last night!!! Love how it looks! Just as I had hoped. The shop did some clean trimming but I noticed this morning when I was backing out of my driveway and turned the wheels full tilt to the right that it was rubbing on something. After I get off work I might have to do a little more trimming. No biggie though! Oh and my tires dont hit the TC UCA's! I'll post pics of my truck later on tonight, it was to dark last night!

Hey so what would be the easiest tool to do some trimming. Razor knife? I don't have a whole lot of power tools. Just your basic drill and just hand tools. Oh and hey "blackout," those pictures of where you trimmed looks like the same spot that the shop trimmed on mine but I think I have to trim more on that same spot. Now I can't tell if they trimmed anything else. Did you have too?
