It’s not an off-road destination that I know of, but there’s a foot trail to the bottom of the canyon where there are some really cool Anasazi cliff-dwelling ruins.

What sayeth PayPal? I ordered something recently, paid with PP, never received it, submitted a claim, got an almost immediate refund.

Thank goodness this thread isn't locked anymore; I'm hopeful mods will allow the thread to continue as a genuinely helpful thread to those who are researching before buying. I've never understood locking the thread when its completely civil.

    that's a relief.
not sure how many other folks are waiting for orders but all we can do for now is get the word out and hope that they are able to get refunds.

leaving it open now as a main hub for people to get info about the closure and how refunds are progressing. hope we can keep it open for as long as needed. sometimes things are locked temporarily for us to review and sort through posts.

Definitely understand that, when people are acting crazy. Just never understood locking the civil, really informational threads. I guess you may be saying in this instance, it wasn't locked to clean up heated posts, but maybe to check for just bad or incorrect information on the matter altogether, and rid the thread of it?

It’s so crazy to me that this guy took a bunch of orders, didn’t fulfill them, didn’t say anything to the customers, closed up and walked off. I know this happens, but I just can’t fathom doing that to people.

we're still figuring out the details. if the biz was sold, who the new owner is, what the hand off is going to look like, how soon the new people will be able to get orders into production, etc. the fact that there has been zero communication from their end is worrying and that's why we're recommending everyone start the process of getting a refund through a dispute with their CC/bank/PP.
