If this "business" was sold, and the new owners intend to run it as it was, wouldn't the new owners be liable for fulfilling open orders?

Depends on the terms of sale. If they just bought the intellectual rights and left him still with all the liabilities and physical assets then the new owners may not have any liability to those that he owes either money or product to.

Speaking of locked threads when SOS lost their vendor status there was a lot of threads and posts about how bad it had gotten for fulfilling orders, people filing disputes, and poor communication. If those threads and posts would of still been up and people could of seen them then maybe this wouldn't be as bad as it has gotten.

It was still surprising, at least to me, that someone associated with them was able to keep a running thread with deals and updates and whatnot after they lost vendor status. For all intents and purposes it seemed like they still had their vendor status from the average Joe Schmo looking in and that nothing was wrong.

I’ll move them to vendor reviews.

Doesn’t look like a whole ton of complaints. Mostly just sales promotions.

I was quite surprised to that those threads were allowed. Kinda like a loophole yet didn't have their own section. It was pretty sleezy IMO.

There was quite a few complaints in posts within several threads. I had to deal with them similar to what just happened here. The group of guys that went to the mods when they lost their vendor status for one. They may just be buried in the BS sadly.

The complaints are buried in a thread with 1800+ pages. I don’t think that’s worth bringing back. The last page was nothing but fitment issues.

Those were some of the ones I am talking about. There should be some in the sales threads too.

Got my refund back this morning. Guess I'm just going to do it on my own.

please edit and remove your post before a mod gets to it. The thread is extremely civil, informational, and actually helpful. The last thing we need is his private information being spread; that leads to this thread being shut down, their name unable to be spoken on the site, can't find anything in search; and who does that really hurt? Not him, thats for sure. It sucks for the members here or the guests who come here trying to make an informed decision before making a purchase through them.

The post didn’t advocate for anything “uncivil” to be done. He’s posting a publicly available photo.

As for what the mods will do, I lol’d many times. See post #221 of the below and reevaluate.
