I'd hope it's a hobby lol. It's gonna take days to cut anything with that. The shear pin must be like a strand of uncooked Angel Hair pasta.

I had bacon wrapped venison cube steaks today for lunch with jalapeños and cream cheese in the center. Now that's something you can't stroll down to wally world and pick up. That's fine with me. More venison for me.

 

I'm not much of a deer eater, but that sounds pretty good.

Got all my teeth and I'm gonna use them!

 

I have very limited meat cooking skills therefore I'm not choosy.
My preference would be #2-3.

 

I'm not that choosy myself, I shoot for 3 and let the chips fall where they may. I detest 1&5 though.

I used to be a well done guy until my wife got me to try a medium. The flavor is sooooo much better.

A proper 2 is ideal for me. But most places cant hit a proper med rare. Usually ends up 3.

I’m not much on buying expensive steak but I’ll buy $400 worth of corn a year for some back straps
