    In my line of work we have to stop multimillion jobs for a salamander to be properly relocated while we are moving dirt. I love talking with the biologist and seeing those little guys. And didn’t kill APEX predators we need them!

    @Tacman19 Just re-read what I wrote and I don't want you think think that I'm trying to call you out for doing something wrong. I obviously wasn't there and don't know the situation. I think we can all safely assume that you had good intentions, and I completely respect that. I just wanted to take the opportunity to provide some education around the subject. So, I apologize if I came off criticizing you at all.

    It's a little cold here for cold blooded creatures with scales, heck it snowed again last night. So I took a photo of a warm blooded creature with scales. Best I can to.

    You're good man. Georgia is owned and operated by the DNR. Anyone working within the boundaries of a wetland are monitored extensively and subject to fines and even incarceration. That snake took a nap in the freezer until the company taxidermist had time to mount it along with several rattle snakes. They are all mostly on display at various Conversation Venues throughout the State and used as educational tools for public awareness. He may have ended up at he Governers Mansion as Dean Privett was a well known Florida /Georgia Surveyor.

    Sarah was a gift for one of our sons 22 years ago, Sandy we got from Petco, about 20 years ago, both roam the house, but are hibernating right now, under a blanket and a down comforter, they will eventually come out, they hang out in the kitchen when they’re hungry, lol…..
