I have 2 of their lights now and they’re both great. The only complaint with this one is the height of it. I should have gone with the slim bar.

285/75/r16 Nitto Trail Grappler M/T’s, Extang 2.0 hard tonneau tri-fold. Billstein 5100’s front/rear with OME 886 coils and Headstrong off-road 3 leaf progressive AAL. All speakers replaced with Kicker CS Series. BulletPoint Taco Bar with stubby CB mic holder and two-way FRS/GMRS radio holder. Uniden PRO505XL 40 ch CB. RCI engine and transmission skid plates. RCI sliders. Garmin Mini Dash Cam 2. CMC by Milogen Fabrication.
Genius! My ‘17 AC was 4x2 and averaged around 23 mpg! My current TRD OR 4x4 averages around 15 with 32’s a lift and skids… :annoyed:

Edit: The skids are the steel RCI’s and I am waiting on the RCI sliders right now….more weight. Let us know how much it improves.

No issues with my vision. I'm 6'2" though. It did take me a minute to adjust to the new shape looking out the windshield, ha, but nothing interfering for me.

Those seat covers look great! haha, blast from the past right there. My dad had something like those in his old school 70/80s GMC pickup.

My buddy made those sliders for me. Never had any inserts so I'm not missing anything, ha. I would think the open style would be better if you do a lot of time in mud? less stuff for it to get stuck in? ha

It is a bit silly given the cost of flights, but it sure is nicer to drive.

Another question, what rear shocks are those and bump stops?

Here are a couple photos where you can see that the lens is actually a bit more translucent than it first appears. The dark color is mainly due to the internals being all black. It lends to a really clean look and bright lights.

Shearcomfort.com, Kryptek camo, Typhon, with upgrade.

Furry center console is due to my choice of material, I wanted something that wouldn't produce sweat on my arm. It works for me. I'm a free thinker. ;)

upload_2022-4-3_10-12-14.jpg 28C3076D-4FE2-474F-9229-95D4E958D64C.jpg I didn’t think I would do any mods soon as this is my daily driver. But I did . I installed locking lug nuts for a bit more peace of mind. I installed a tubular step so my wife could get in and out better. I then installed a trifold Yitamotor bed cover because I plan to install some kind of bed/trunk organizer to keep groceries, etc from sliding forward and flying out the back. Also to keep any stuff in the bed out of sight. I was planning to install a bed extender and use that to keep stuff in the back from sliding forward but after seeing here that we could put boards across the bed to haul plywood etc, I thought I could use that money for better use.I cut some old 2x4’s I had removed from an old deck. Not much to look at but they fit the slots well.

Free thinking is cool in my book, my cousin lives in Arizona he uses terry cloth, to protect everything that you could burn your hands on or legs for the matter.

I too had this issue with the dome light, and Meso was prompt to send a replacement. If I’m not mistaken there is something in there that is similar to a solid state relay that requires a certain voltage to maintain its state. If you have a lot of power draw from mods/upgrades it might not stay in whatever it’s non-native state is on that “relay” and revert back to a default. I could be talking out of my a$$ about it but it makes sense to me after some brief discussion I’ve had with folks there. I’ve also noticed that they are unlikely to switch from red to white if the truck isn’t powered on. This too, I believe is voltage related. I will be replacing my stock battery with a group 34 soon and likely be purchasing a higher output alternator. I’ll test these theories out after I get that done and see if the behavior is the same and get back to this thread on it.

Either way, I’ve always had a great experience with Meso and love their products. If there is ever an issue they are prompt to address it. My only complaint is I never catch things in stock when I want to buy more!!

Turns out that my cousin doesn’t like smoked lenses on quicksand. Red does indeed look better, so I do have the AlphaRex Pro’s available if you’re interested! DM me

How is your experience with Ktjo4x4. I've heard REALLY polarizing reviews. They have quite a few mods I'd be interested in buying/installing but have seen that their customer support after purchase leaves people really unimpressed and frustrated.

Womp womp, new flaps were a fail. Too short, wondering if the longer universal Rally Armors (4" longer than these) would cut the mustard?
