I contacted them. But, if you want to reserve a room, you have limited menu choices. I'm not really sure what I'll do.

I stand corrected. Beer cave is reserved for Saturday, April 9th. And, we'll be able to order fron the full dining menu. I told them we'd be there between 4-5pm.

Looks like the weather is going to cooperate, well, mostly. Camping at 30 degrees… ugh!

I'll take 30 degrees over 90 degrees any day of the week!

Besides, @jstemp is probably open to being big spoon, worse comes to worse.

Big spoon only lol. Room for 3 in my RTT.

I don't think I have any beding for cold weather. Might have to bring two comforters.

Relentless Fab hybrid bumper, 2.5” Dobinsons IMS lift, RCI skids and sliders, block heater. Painted FJ Steelies. Was trying to keep it stock, now slowly building for the Wisconsin trails.
On the plus side no mosquitoes!

I'm interested to see how my swag tent works in the cold. Should do pretty well.
After spending a below freezing night camping last year I now have a much warmer sleeping bag and a 12v electric blanket. My 10 ply ass should be good to go.

I could bring my big Coleman tent and we could all squeeze in!

Sounds like a good excuse to buy a nice sleeping bag.

    No mosquitoes is always good!

Maybe the outlook will improve between now and Friday.

    I'm looking forward to this!

For those leaving Friday morning, happy to meet up at a park and ride or similar if you want to travel out together from the MKE area. Alternatively, meeting somewhere further west on 94 would be fine.

Depending on location, I was thinking around 8:00-9:00am. With check in at 3:00pm, that gives plenty of time for travel and a stop for lunch/fuel/whatever. Alternatively, if arriving early out there, that allows time for checking out the area.

    Thoughts?

I could possibly meet up with you. If I do, then I'd probably come down I43 then to I94 West. So where would be a convenient spot to meet up (don't know where you're at)?

I'm sure early check in wouldn't be a problem if nobody was on the site.

That could work - I'm in Tosa myself, and there's a park and ride right off the interstate that would be convenient:

10600 W Watertown Plank Rd, Wauwatosa, WI 53226

That would work, probably be closer to 9am. We can firm it up later this week.

Would you guys consider this park and ride?

Wauwatosa is a 40 minute back-track for me.

Or, I could meet up with you guys along the way.

I was thinking about trying to hit Hay Road along the way. It's nothing too exciting, but there's a nice water crossing. And, it ends in a field which could be a good photo op..

There's a place on HWY 67 that makes good breakfast, if you and @WiscoPat might be hungry.

    Just throwing stuff out there
