I'm on city water that is known to be really good quality but the house piping is ancient.

Yes, I put in an iSpring 3 stage filter at the old house. The water quality improvement was huge. I think it was only like $100, but filters were $30 every 6 months or so. That said I never thought it wasn't worth it

New place has a single stage filter but it's like 2x the size of the iSpring filter. Previous owner was a plumber who specializes in water systems so I assume it's good lol

I'll have a look at the iSpring, wasn't sure if it's a real brand or not haha

Speaking of the old house the new owners must suck lol

Someone complained to the city about their boat and Lambo kit car and I got a letter from code enforcement about it because they had me listed as a tenant :homer:

I had so many broken cars and parts and never got a complaint or notice from the city lol. I knew most of the neighbors decently though, we were always BSing

Double check but I was able to order the filters from HD so it was legit enough for me.

Understandable though, there's so much jank on Amazon these days. Do you use FakeSpot?

It’s nice not having to scramble for wheels. Or have to roll the dice on an SCS order.

There's no need to filter treated municipal water. Iron pipes were only galvanized on the outside and any zink inside is long gone. I had galvanized pipe in an old home that had rust inside but didn't affect water quality.

eBay has been my friend for wheels lately, as lame as that sounds.

These were $99 a piece and free shipping

Vors, mine very clearly had Varrstoen ground off the back sides of the wheels though, so they're blem VTX and whatever Taiwan factory makes em decided to pull a sneaky.

It's not like they don't match the VTX exactly still lol

This show is way too real sometimes... like even "Hooray, a Todd Episode" hits hard.

That’s cheaper than trying to finish my set of stock steelies for the 99. Can’t seem to get any not rusted out shipped for under $150 a wheel.
