    The locking dif can be a life saver here in Colorado both winter and summer. JMO, but I won’t own one without it. If they offered front and rear, it would be even better.

    If you are planning on adding front and rear lockers anyway and re-gearing to get larger tires i have herd a-lot of folks go with the sport which has the 8.4 axle its bigger and slightly stronger over the off road 8.0, but its all money if your planning on spending 5k plus on gears, tires, suspension. Just depends on what you want to do with it. i would just get the off road if you don’t plan on adding all that stuff.

    We’re you #43 me and a couple other picked up the week prior and pretty sure we were 41,42,43 and another buddy was 44 mainly curious if they doubled the build number on accident.

    @frenchee which number were you?

    Yep! I noticed way back when I picked it up that someone else also seemed like they were #43 on here. Very strange.

    Funny ill have to look. I think I am 42 and @blackmist27 I believe is 43 we all picked up together 41 (1st gen), 42 (2nd gen), and 43 (3rd gen) the only reason I recalled was a coincidence in ordering.

    That would be funny if they doubled up #43. I took a peak at the tracking spreadsheet. Not that it's the most reliable record but there are two #44s listed there.

    It’s where the positive and negative wires tap into. Then there are leads running from the board to each plug. That’s it. I thought it was a bit odd to have a circuit board like connector. There’s a fuse there also.

    I suspect the circuit board is the voltage reduction from 12 v to 5 v for the USB.

    I have a dometic plug also in my truck. Its just a direct connection from the positive to the fuse to both the plugs. The voltage reduction is on the back of the USB plus port.

    Yeah I guess it just distributes to two sets of wires.
    Makes sense but funny.

    interesting they must have changed it up. The ones we got were just plain sockets no extra boards or fuses.
