With all the powder coating questions, curious if maybe one of these places will setup a group discount. I assume powder coating a few parts vs just 1 is more beneficial to them and less material is used?

 

We used Accurate Powder Coating at my old shop and they did great work. The owner is great to work with.

Hopefully they haven't already sold that pasture north of the barn for new homes. I'm waiting for the HOA to hammer our neighborhood for violations any day now.

 

As far as I know, the pasture north of the barn and the pasture north of my house are still empty with no plans. I’m sure that will change eventually, but having the detention pond and barn there makes me hopeful that even when they get built, I’ll still feel like it’s not that cramped

Reports from news was IRS is way behind processing. Guess I need to file before 4/15.

 

well i owed the Fed a bit but CO owes me a decent bit so was hoping to get the refund before the charge.

 

not saying this is you....my sociopath neighbor won't do his in the "approved" stain. Says it is ugly. He is a sociopath and a lot of other things. Wish he would go back to PA and stay the hell away from here. Neighbor who is soon to get a police visit if he continues to be an ass hole.

 

like over a year behind for funds due on deceased parents. Pretty sure they are hoping we will die or give up. F'm - I want interest and penalty funds too. First to get your $ and last to return it. No one to talk to and no one that knows shit. Get a scheduled meeting and bring all the documentation and they get pissy and decide to go mute because they don't want to be part of the solution. Yah I'm not happy. Pretty sure parents are glad they don't have to put up with the tax shit anymore.
