Yeah - it brings it into hard mode.

If you type >bold.> bold fond here >/bold.> with normal <> orientation, that makes it bold, etc.

For emojis there are code words for them. Like the spy dude :spy: is ;spy; but with : instead of ;.

Anyway, that’s beside the point. Are you using Chrome, Firefox, what’s the deal? I’m on an iphone but :notsure: I figure maybe your issue could be browser based.

So we had these things at work called a CARE station. It was essentially an A3 (blitz root cause investigation). The entire point of it was you pull the rip cord and the team responsible drops what they are doing and corrects the issue and prevents it from happening again. All typical stuff, the immediate and unquestioned response was kind of a new approach.

That aside. It started in Tijuana at one of the plants there. They piloted it, they had always done root cause investigations but they piloted the immediate response method.

The acronym they gave it was in Spanish. So it translated to English as the Fast Action Response Team.

I hate flippers. Selling my Fisher hybrid and the guy tries telling me the frame is tweaked a good inch blah blah. "Maybe I could think about $20 just for parts, I flip bikes and anymore than that there's no money in it for me". Well glad you wasted an hour driving here.

So the catahoula pain tolerance strikes again. She booted it after 3-4 white tails in the woods. Didn't notice it right away but when she came back to me after another half mile or so I noticed she had blood on her head. Long of the short after giving her a bath I found a nick on the end of her ear. She goes head first into the thorns and whatnot especially if there's prey, so not a big surprise. Problem is even dry, she likes to shake a lot. So she's outside but my back patio area looks like a mini murder scene from her shaking off.

Making me dist the desert SW in March  are you hitting North or South rims on this trip? That was ridonculous. White Sands was awesome too, however I wouldn’t make a special trip to white sands without kids.

Was really entertaining to watch slightly overweight soccer moms try to “sled” down the sand but just sink in instead.

Anyway. That whole area was just a great trip. I wish I had more time when I was out there. Definitely back on the list especially if we move to Austin.
