My VSPEC updated from 4/4-4/9 to 4/7-4/9. Mileage update for the first time since 3/29 and I'm quite certain it's at the Union Pacific Auto Unloading Ramp. The sick part is that's way closer to me than the dealer! Haha. I'm just glad to see signs of life. Secured financing today. Plan on taking the day off to go get it and spend the day exploring with it, once it's ready.

From reading other's experiences, it seems like once it gets narrowed down to that two-day window, people usually get it the first day of their window. Mine is still in 'F' status, but clearly unloaded from the rail car. No other reason to turn it on and drive it.

My Pro was supposed to be this week but has been pushed back another week. It’s going to be the longest 2 weeks of my life.

@Mikestill I'm at just about 9mo since my initial deposit. My "build" was very specific, and I was willing to wait. 3/9 build date. There were no updates on the Toyota app til today as far as fuel/mi/tire pressure. My "arrival date" changed three times. Salesman texted today that arrival should be 4/7-4/9. The only thing I had to change from my initial build was from sport to limited.

Picked up my truck this afternoon! Tried to lowball me on my trade in. But the wait was worth it!

Just curious--are any of you dealing with a trade-in? If so, do you have any advice?

I put in a deposit at Longo Toyota 2-3 weeks ago, and have yet to hear anything about a VIN from my sales rep. Oddly enough, I see that one white SR5 (vin NM12A897) is on the reservation section, but I have no idea if this is the one I ordered. There are a ton of TRD Sports and ORs in the queue also so my guess is that they're only ordering the loaded vehicles.

My guess is that my truck will be ready during the summer. I've also checked the V-spec link shared earlier and the page doesn't load. The kissmygrits page is great, but I haven't see anything with a matching VIN posted above. With all that said, it would be nice to get some kind of an idea of the timeline given that I'd like to deal with selling my car prior to going in to the dealership. Patience is a virtue! ;)

Wow..9 months, hmm, my wait doesn't seem so bad then. But going from a sport to a limited is kinda a big difference, no?

How long did your allocation process take? From the time you put down your deposit until your allocation was approved?

My advice is run your vin through carmax, carvana, and vroom before you go. We were trading in a 2013 honda fit sport with low miles... kbb had trade in value at 10k as the middle #. It was in great shape... dealer offered us $8600. Carvana $8600, Vroom $8600, Carmax $12,800. Showed my sales guy that and he leaned in and said buy your vehicle and take that car to carmax for the 12,800. Wen to carmax and we were out in 2 hours with a check in hand.
