    A bunch of junk
Thanks! It's my kitchen box. It's from ironman 4x4. Cane with a green tray I use for the utensils and such too. Holds my pots, pans, paper towels, clorox wipes, etc etc. I also use it as the step (when standing on the tailgate) to get into the tent. Link below

I am in the same place....the wife will camp, but she "will not poop in the woods"

so I am in the process of getting the teardrop trailer thing going...and then I can old school tent camp on outings by myself or with my mountain biking friends

Are there teardrops with a pooper in it? My wife is the same. I have to glam it up as much as possible and she refuses to go in a bucket.

Yes. Yes there are. Check out nuCamp RV Tab trailers.

Don’t have one myself, so I’m not sure about the effects of shitting in such a small space. Personally, the wife and I set up a Cleanwaste Portable Toilet inside a pop-up shit/shower tent or an annex room that extends off the side of our trailer. The shit bags are clean and easy to deal with.

Yes, I do the same here. For me, it's ideal. Private, easy to manage/clean, away from where we sleep and eat. Wife on the other hand, has a problem with it. So camping for us is isolated to public type campgrounds with facilities, which I really dont like. Too crowded.

I'll check out that camper. May be what I'm looking for. Thanks.

We use Wag-Bags as well. We set up a shower tent to use as a portable bathroom room. As isolated as you want to be. Works great.

A much cleaner option than using the random public facilities.

not that I know of...I think they become more of a mid sized trailer when they have poopers in them

she is good with being at a camp with flush toilets and showers. As a stanch backcountry guy, it took me a long time to reconcile with that, but any chance to be in the outdoors is better than none. And she likes all the other aspects. So, we will just rent a single tent site, or small camper site when we are out together, back in, and enjoy

now if I could just get her to camp in the winter...

yeah....I like those, but they are sort of bigger than a true tear drop to me.

and I wouldn't mind using the portable toilet set ups, but she would not, so it is public sites for us too when we camp together. We are not in the campsite for most of the day, so the crowds don't really bother us

The wife and I camp on free BLM land 100% of the time and we just pee in the wilderness and if we have to poo go find the nearest bathroom to do so. Even in the middle of nowhere you’d be surprised there’s always a vault toilet or gas station or national park or something nearby. Very few times we’ve ever had to bust out the wag bag.

We do used to do 15-30 days at a time out of the back of our 99 4Runner, no trailer, no issues. We usually need gas more often than we need to poop anyway as much as we drive haha.
