They are real. He said he picked them up before he got the truck as someone was letting them go for cheap. He might come over on the 23rd

That's a horrible idea. What time?
There's a special.place in hell for people who plant trees over utilities. Found the water line, trying to find the "T"

    good job, Tim!

Just a thought..... Have you tried divining? Some can do it, some can't. if you can, Zig zag across the water line from the house to the well. to get a rough idea. locate paint works to mark the ground. Then walk 10ish feet off both sides to see if you can fine the other line off the "t", then work it closer to the well line to the house. might work might not.

He had a guy come out today who actually did that. Found the main into the house. He found part of the well line to.the house, but couldn't connect the two. He also found the leaking line and traced it back to the main. At the house he was spot on. Not so much at the spot where the T should be. But he also had some interference to deal with in the form of an 8" tree root that I spent way too much time on while Kim made a parts run in case we found the T. We could cut it and cap it. Better luck tomorrow.

Nah. That's just what we do. Especially for people who would do the same for me. That's what friends do.
