    Last Thursday we settled on that fully equipped cabin on 8acres at the end of a private road here on the mountain. For $25k this may be my best deal yet. I had to put my negotiating skills to work for this deal. The seller (my coworker) was a motivated seller tho. I "sniffed out" this deal on my first week at the new job lol. His wife has been on him to sell it because she doesn't like the roads up here. I cant wait to start cleaning & painting it, definitely needs both since it's been neglected for years. Then I'll start clearing trees to open up the river view. Its 1 bedroom, 1 bath ( with a deep jacuzzi bathtub), eat in kitchen and a living room. It has electric baseboard heat on both floors and a woodstove in the living room. I'll post interior pics after I clean it, mouse crap & the previous owner's junk is everywhere.
