    Yep, Ive be built several trailers for repeat buyers recently. The rust eats the trailer every 15 years. I build them an identical trailer and they just move the plate to the new trailer.

    I actually built a utility trailer for a police officer and asked if he needed a weigh slip to register the trailer. He told me, " don't bother, I'll just take the plate off my RV".

    That kinda blew my mind.
