What Have You Done To Your 3rd Gen Today?

Where did you get the oil pan and/or what brand is it? I like how the oil pan seals up versus the open pan type.

Those things look like they're asking for trouble. Just get the Morimoto xb tails and call it a day

Yes, and have a 5 year warranty. Vland at half the price would still likely go through more than 2 sets in a 5 year period not to mention the likelihood of setting off other electrical gremlins

Im pricing front window tint. Did you go with ceramic? What kind of price did you get. I got a quote of 210 cash for ceramic front.

 

I added the Hondo Garage vent mount. I usually use the Ram mount X Grip on my motorcycles/ cars however this time I decided to try a different style off of Amazon. Not sure if that was the right call yet…

as mentioned, probably not best to go that route as performance and reliability are going to take huge hit. I'd stay with OEM pro tails and add in @MESO stage 1 if you're more looking to a fantastic setup that won't break the bank. With a lot of folks going to the new tails Meso has, you can pick a nice pair of OEM Pro tails w/ State 1 close to the $299 budget.

 

My biggest questing about these LED tail light replacements are if they are DOT approved?

Mine stayed on with the TRD Skid plate. The Air Dam (Sport) & old skid plate are in my shed.

 

Should be a good install this weekend, now just to figure out if I want to throw in an extended rear brake line with these or if it’s not needed for the 5125’s

This is what I did. I kept the OEM look, but got rid of the chrome. Then I installed a Stage 1 kit, which gave me very bright LED's out back!
