need help with swi interface Sterring control

    ok guys i need help i tried the axxess swi and it was not working properly. It programmed correctly with the lights flashing and what not, but it did not work. I got very angry and the interface broke. So now i want your info on which one to buy and i will try this again. 2010 sr5 non jbl with Alpine inu w900bt. thank all your info will be appreciated

    what wires did you hook up? only 2 goto factory harness 1 power 1 ground. If SW controls not working correctly then you have the wires backwards to SW harness.

    do you know what color wires from the sw harness. I know the power and the ground?and what unit should i get cause i broke the axxess one, should i get the same one?

    Someone mentioned before that there is a green/orange and an orange/green on the interface and he had them backwards, changed that around and it worked. How did it break? Is it fixable?

    lol! Sorry I'm not more of a help, but I know there is one out there that programs itself. I've seen it mentioned here so its probably in one of those install threads or maybe search online for the self programming one.
